Holly Yeager is the Director of Organizational Development at Coconino County where she coordinates strategic planning, the strategic budget process, facilitation and group processes to assist the organization and its partners in creating a high performing work environments. Ms. Yeager’s previous work focused on Sustainable Communities, working with neighborhoods, businesses, non profit and public sector leaders to develop demonstration projects and public policy. Ms. Yeager’s work experience also includes the City of Tucson, Pima County, the Sonoran Institute, Tucson Audubon Society, Laron Manufacturing, the President’s Council on Sustainable Development, the President’s Council on Environmental Quality and Business for Responsibility. Ms. Yeager has served on the Boards of The Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy, the Coconino County Sustainable Economic Development Institute, World Care, The Center for Children’s Environmental Literature and Pro Neighborhoods. Ms. Yeager has a Masters in Systems Thinking from Antioch University and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from U.C. Santa Cruz and additional training in leadership, asset based community development, non violent communication, community organizing and fundraising. She is the proud mother of Austin and Ella who remind her to enjoy life, the outdoors and most especially to not take herself too seriously.
